EXTRA PROTECTED PAYMENTS

Processing transactions safely and securely is one of our top priorities. We’ve got several accountability measures in place to do that, and one can never take too many precautions. Our two-step payment process empowers you to work out a payment deal with your service provider that protects you both.

STEP 1: PAY A BOOKING DEPOSIT

Upon accepting your service provider’s quote you will pay a Booking Deposit to uShip, and you’ve got the ball rolling.

STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT

The remaining balance will be paid directly to your service provider, based on the payment terms detailed in their quote. If you see a gold seal next to your service provider’s quote amount that means he or she accepts uShip Payments, our secure payment process. Simply enter your payment info upon booking and release the secured payment upon delivery.
